What's New for 2020?

The Nissan Versa has been entirely redesigned for 2020, offering you more features, improved technology, and more to love all around here in the Novi area. The interior layout has been adjusted, you'll find more standard safety and tech features, as well as a bump in horsepower from the base engine.

Interior Comforts & Technology

The Versa is a four-door, five-seat sedan that brings you a comfortable interior that offers soft cloth upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a rear-seat center armrest, suede-like seats, and more to add to your comfort and driving enjoyment around Canton MI. You'll also find 14.7 cubic feet of trunk space which is plenty of space for your golf clubs, weekend bags, or trips to the shopping mall.

Standard tech features include a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, a USB port, four-speaker stereo and more. You can add extra features like the NissanConnect system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, proximity key, automatic climate control, remote keyless entry, push-button start, and more to upgrade your comfort.

Safety Features

The IIHS awarded the 2019 Nissan Versa the highest rating of Good in four crash test categories and the NHTSA awarded the Versa four out of five stars in several crash tests it performed. Neither the NHTSA or IIHS have crash tested the 2020 Versa, so check back in soon to see the results, which we think should be similar. A rearview camera comes standard with the Nissan Versa, and newly standard safety tech includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, automatic high beams, and emergency braking both forward and reverse.

Performance & Capabilities

The new Nissan Versa is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that provides 122 horsepower, which is a solid jump in power over the 109 horsepower of last years model. The Versa offers you a five-speed manual transmission standard, though you can opt for a continuously variable transmission. Versa provides a comfortable ride with easy handling and the compact size makes it easy to navigate in tight spaces.
